• Added a top 10 list of condo and HOA management companies.
• Added each company's past-12-month Google rating and how often the owner replies to reviews.
• Added Better Business Bureau letter grades and accreditation for 52 companies. BBB grades are shown for reference and don't affect the ranking.
• Added general contact emails, taken from each company's own website, for 36 companies.
• Published the full ranking as a downloadable spreadsheet.
• Named the editor and added contact, privacy and terms pages.

• Stopped publishing per-company association counts. City tax bills undercount companies whose clients are billed at the building, so the counts were misleading.
• Launched with 67 companies ranked by Google rating adjusted for review count.
