Boston Condo Managers is published by Green Ocean Property Management, a Boston-area management company founded in 1977.

Boston condo boards have no neutral place to compare the companies that manage buildings like theirs. So we built one that ranks every company we could find by its Google reviews.

The conflict, and how we handle it

Green Ocean is listed and ranked here. It gets no special treatment: the ranking formula is published, every rating links to its Google listing, and Green Ocean's listing is labeled. No company pays to be listed or placed.

When a board asks us for three names, we send companies that fit its building size and neighborhood. Green Ocean may be one of them, and the form says so.
